What scale are your miniatures?
75mm scale and 32mm scale, compatible with Dungeons & Dragons, Warhammer, Pathfinder, and all major tabletop games.
Do miniatures come painted?
No, miniatures arrive unpainted and unassembled, ready for you to customize and paint. This is the standard for premium miniature collecting.
What material are miniatures made from?
High-quality polyurethane resin. Premium casting ensures crisp details and zero bubbles.
What are STL files?
Digital 3D files you can download and print on your resin 3D printer at home. Instant access, unlimited printing for personal use.
How do I access STL files after purchase?
You’ll receive an immediate download link via email. Files are also available in your account dashboard for unlimited re-downloads.
Are STL files pre-supported?
Yes, we provide both unsupported files (for customization) and pre-supported versions optimized for printing.
Can I print STL files for commercial use?
STL files are for personal use only. For commercial licensing, contact webstore@aradiaminiatures.com.
What if my miniature arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days of receiving the miniature with photos from. We’ll send a replacement piece free of charge. Email: webstore@aradiaminiatures.com
What does “Limited Edition” mean?
Numbered production run (typically 50-300 copies). Once sold out, never reproduced. Includes certificate of authenticity.
What is your return policy?
If you change idea, you can return the miniature within 14 days after purchase. Return unused miniatures in original packaging for full refund. Return shipping paid by customer.
How long until I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Allow 3-5 business days for bank processing.

Do I need experience to assemble miniatures?
No! Most kits require only super glue and basic tools (hobby knife, file). Beginner-friendly. We provide images to show where the pieces go the assemble the miniature.
What tools do I need for assembly?
Cyanoacrylate glue (super glue), Hobby knife or clippers, Small file or sandpaper, Tweezers.
How do I paint resin miniatures?
Wash with soap and water, Prime with miniature primer, Paint with acrylics (Citadel, Vallejo, AK, Kimera Kolors).
