Yesod is the sephira of the moon, the watershed between the physical realm and the hyperphysical dimensions. Guardian of the Moon, Yesod ensures that what comes from above may descend, and that what is below is worthy of ascending; neither angel nor demon, a hybrid creature confined to the shadowy lunar dimension, it is friend and guide to the pure, enemy and nightmare to the impure.
